With 30% of people’s time being spent on social media platforms, collaborating with creators as a brand is becoming increasingly valuable. Whether it’s producing a commercial for television or creating web content for your brand’s YouTube channel, there are a variety of great ways you can work together to create content. Here are our tips on the best way to approach a content collaboration with creators.
1. Find a creator that truly resonates with your brand.
Audiences are eager to see more content from their favorite creators, and finding a creator that fits your brand perfectly is essential to building a mutually beneficial relationship. You must find a creator that actually resonates with your brand. People don’t want to see content and think: “they don’t really use this product—they only did this to get paid!” The relationship has to be as genuine as possible, or people won’t engage positively with the collaboration.
